  • 200 g beef tenderloin (Cut into strips)
  • 1 Piece Mango (Choose mangoes that are just ripe but not too soft and cut into strips.)
  • 1/2 Piece Onion (Cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 Piece Green Onion (Cut into pieces)
  • 2 Clovers Garlic (Cut into slices)
  • 2 Teaspoon Cooking Oil
  • Beef tenderloin Marinade:
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • A little White pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Chinese rice cooking wine
  • 1 Teaspoon Corn Starch
  • A little Cooking Oil
  • Seasoning:
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 20 g Water

    Beef tenderloin marinade

    Mix beef tenderlion with marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.

    Stir-fry beef

    Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry beef until 70% cooked, then set aside.

    Stir-fry garlic, onion, green onion

     

    In the same wok, sauté garlic and onion, then add green onion and stir-fry briefly.

    Add mango strips and beef

    Add mango strips, stir briefly, then return beef to the wok.
