  • A little 少許 Olive Oil 橄欖油
  • 醃魚 Marinate Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2 Teaspoon 茶匙 Salt 鹽
  • 1/2 Teaspoon 茶匙 Pepper 胡椒粉
  • A little 少許 Olive Oil 橄欖油
  • A little 少許 Lemon Juices 檸檬汁
Steps 做法

    Marinate Salmon Fillets 醃三文魚 :

    Wash, pat dry salmon, season with salt and pepper.
    洗淨、拍乾三文魚,用鹽和胡椒調味。

    Peel and cut carrots into strips, slice zucchini, lemon, and butter.

    On parchment paper: zucchini → carrots → salmon → lemon & butter. Sprinkle salt, pepper. Wrap tightly.

    Bake 焗製:

    Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Bake 12–15 mins (single fillet ~10 mins).
