Marinate Salmon Fillets 醃三文魚 :

Wash, pat dry salmon, season with salt and pepper.
洗淨、拍乾三文魚,用鹽和胡椒調味。 -
Prepare Veggies 切菜 :

Peel and cut carrots into strips, slice zucchini, lemon, and butter.
紅蘿蔔去皮切條,意大利青瓜切片。檸檬、牛油切片。 -
Assemble 組合:

On parchment paper: zucchini → carrots → salmon → lemon & butter. Sprinkle salt, pepper. Wrap tightly.
鋪油紙→鋪意大利青瓜→紅蘿蔔→三文魚→檸檬和牛油。撒鹽、胡椒。包緊油紙。 -
Bake 焗製:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Bake 12–15 mins (single fillet ~10 mins).
預熱焗爐190°C,焗12–15分鐘(單塊焗10分鐘)。 -
