Wash, pat dry salmon, season with salt and pepper.

Prepare Veggies

Peel and cut carrots into strips, slice zucchini, lemon, and butter. -
Assemble

On parchment paper: zucchini → carrots → salmon → lemon & butter. Sprinkle salt, pepper. Wrap tightly.

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Bake 12–15 mins (single fillet ~10 mins).
