  1. Prepare the prawns

          

     

    Rinse and pat dry the prawns. Marinate with all marinade ingredients for 10 minutes.

  2. Prepare bell peppers and garlic


    Wash and deseed peppers, then cut into strips or diamond shapes. Slice garlic.

  3. Stir-fry strimps

     
    Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry strimps until pink (about 70% cooked), then set aside.

  4. Stir-fry bell peppers


    In the same wok, add oil. Sauté garlic and ginger, then stir-fry bell peppers for 1 minute.

  5. Add all ingredients


     Return shrimp to the wok, add all seasonings, and stir-fry everything for about 1 minute.

  6. Enjoy!

    Serve hot and enjoy!
