
Soak shiitake mushrooms until soft, then slice.
Dice ham, chop Chinese celery, and mince pork.


Mix glutinous rice flour with water to form a dough.
Roll into small round dumplings.
Bring a pot of water or stock to a boil.
Add shiitake, ham, and celery.
Add minced pork and cook until done.

Drop the dumplings into the boiling soup.
Cook until they float to the surface.
Season with salt and soy sauce before serving.
