  • 200 g Glutinous rice flour
  • 3-4 Dried shiitake mushrooms (Soaked and Sliced)
  • 100 g Ham (Diced)
  • 150 g Pork (Minced)
  • 2-3 Stalks Chinese celery (Chopped)
  • As needed Water (For make dumplings)
  • 1000 ml Water or Broth (For soup)
  • Marinade
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • A little bit Soy Sauce

    Prepare ingredients

    Soak shiitake mushrooms until soft, then slice.

    Dice ham, chop Chinese celery, and mince pork.

    Make dumplings

    Mix glutinous rice flour with water to form a dough.

    Roll into small round dumplings.

    Cook the soup base

     

    Bring a pot of water or stock to a boil.

    Add shiitake, ham, and celery.

    Add minced pork and cook until done.

    Add dumplings

    Drop the dumplings into the boiling soup.

    Cook until they float to the surface.

    Season with salt and soy sauce before serving.
