Ingredients
  • 300 g Minced pork
  • 2 bundles Glass noodles
  • 200 g Shelled edamame
  • 15 g Ginger (Minced)
  • Seasoning
  • 15 Cloves Garlic
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 Stalk Scallion
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Spicy broad bean paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon White pepper
  • 1.5 Tablespoon Cooking wine
Steps
    Soak the glass noodles

    Soak the glass noodles in warm water until soft, then cut into shorter lengths.

  2. Stir-fry minced pork

    Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic and ginger, then add minced pork and stir-fry until browned.

  4. Add Spicy broad bean paste

    Add spicy broad bean paste and stir well.

  6. Add Shelled Edamame

    Add edamame and stir-fry until half cooked.

    Season with soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, and pepper. Add water and bring to a boil.

  10. Add soaked noodles

    Add soaked noodles and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the noodles absorb the sauce.

    When the sauce is mostly absorbed, drizzle with sesame oil (or chili oil) and toss with chopped scallions before serving.
