  • 500 g Thinly sliced pork
  • 1 Large Onion (Thinly sliced)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1-2 Green Onions (Sliced (Optional))
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Marinate
  • 5-6 Tbsp Bulgogi Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • To serve
  • 10 Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 3 bowls Steamed rice

    Prepare the pork

    Place the thinly sliced pork in a large bowl and gently separate the slices.

    Marinate the pork

    Pour the marinade over the pork and mix well so every piece is coated.

    Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

    Cook the pork and onion

    Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

    Add the marinated pork and sliced onion. Cook until the pork is fully cooked and the onion becomes soft and slightly caramelized.

    Stir occasionally to cook everything evenly.

    Add the sliced green onion near the end of cooking and toss everything together.
