This Korean-style pork bulgogi combines thinly sliced pork with sweet onion and a savoury Korean-inspired sauce. The pork is tender, juicy and full of flavour, while the softened onion adds natural sweetness.
Serve with steamed rice or wrap the pork and onion in fresh lettuce leaves for an easy Korean-inspired family meal.
Place the thinly sliced pork in a large bowl and gently separate the slices.

Pour the marinade over the pork and mix well so every piece is coated.
Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated pork and sliced onion. Cook until the pork is fully cooked and the onion becomes soft and slightly caramelized.
Stir occasionally to cook everything evenly.

Add the sliced green onion near the end of cooking and toss everything together.
Serve hot with steamed rice, or place the pork and onion inside fresh lettuce leaves and wrap them up to enjoy.
